Lovely weekend to London ( I don`t think so )

well, having planning our trip to London by Mr. Asidin ( our beloved leader). I woke up in the early morning , had my usual breakfast , then head straight to Falmer train station where my friends were waiting for me there. The trip took around 55 minutes. The train stopped at Victoria station. The weather was very nice when we arrived there. It was cloddy and little bet windy. The first site was Big Ben. We spent some time taking pictures:

Then, all of the sudden, the rain starts to fall ( the great expectations have just gone with the wind ) :(

We carried on walking to Buckingham Palace where we spend some time there and took some pictures again.

( in desperate measures) we tried to look for a shelter to take cover from the rain , we head to the Hyde park where we snaked under a big tree hoping that the rain may stop, but we were letdown.
In the afternoon, we reached Edgware road by the underground which I enjoyed very much and had our lunch.
Finally, I decided to head back to Brighton. I couldn't bear the rain and the heavy wind.
Regards,

Ali

Hi Ali,

It sounds like you had a good time even though the weather wasn't great. It's better than being too hot. What did you think of London? Was it your first or second trip there?
